Why should I use Meticulous Maids?

What if I'm not sure which package to choose?

There are many factors to consider when deciding whether or not you require a 2 or 3 hour weekly or bi-weekly clean. Condominiums, apartments and small one or two story homes can usually be cleaned in 2 hours while larger homes and workplaces usually require 3 or more hours. We are willing to work with you during the first few cleans to determine a schedule and price that works best for you.

What if my clean takes longer than 2 or 3 hours?

Additional hours can be added to a clean for a rate of $60/hour for residential properties and $70/hour for commercial properties, with a minimum of a half an hour.

Do I have to be home for my cleaning?

No, it is up to your discretion if you would like to be present for the clean or provide a key and/or code to enter the premises without you. For commercial cleans it is strongly recommended to schedule during closed hours.

How do I pay/ how often do I pay?

Payment can be submitted by cash, cheque or e-transfer either bi-weekly or monthly depending on the frequency of visits.

What if I miss a scheduled clean?

Sometimes things can come up and you are not able to be present for the clean or otherwise need to cancel a clean. In this case we do require a minimum of 24 hours notice or there is a cancellation fee of $50.

Do I have to sign a contract?

A standard service contract is signed by the client and the owner of the business to outline the expectations and responsibilities of each party.
