3 hour basic clean plus light tidying, interior of windows and spot washing of walls



Starting from $140 weekly or bi-weekly*

Move In/Out Clean

Kitchen (including appliances and cupboards), bathrooms, walls, baseboards and floors



Ranging from $140 - $180 depending on size

Additional residential cleaning services are available for an hourly rate of $50, with a minimum of half an hour. Meticulous Maids Services also offers one-time services for the same rate of $50/hour including:


Spring/Fall cleaning

Post renovation

Holidays, parties, events

Emergency services (floods, plumbing emergencies etc.)

COMMERCIAL SERVICES

Weekly commercial cleaning services for offices, storefronts, showrooms, restaurants etc. starting at only $100 weekly for a basic two hour cleaning including dusting, washroom(s) and vacuuming and/or mopping of floors

Additional commercial cleaning services are available for an hourly rate of $50, with a minimum of half an hour. These services include, but are not limited to:


Exterior windows (first floor)

Washing of walls and/or baseboards

Cupboards (kitchen, bathrooms, offices)

Electronics (computers, TVs, tablets etc.)
